I established Next Level Athletic Development (NLAD), LLC in 2010. I started in the basement of my house and gradually expanded into my current 9,000 sq ft training facility. My primary focus is in slow cooking athletes and adult clients. That is; giving them a broad foundation of movement and loading them with gradual volume and intensity in order to help them achieve their full athletic or fitness potential.
Make no mistake, strength is key, but it can’t be rushed.
