Adults:

HIIT The Ground Running: A morning class consisting of strength training, athletic development, fun fitness, and a supportive group environment. The class will take place on our 6,000 sq foot turf as well as the in the weight room. We’ll use sleds, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells and more to help develop aerobic capacity, strength, power and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

The class options will be Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 5:30-6:30 AM beginning December 1st.

Unlimited monthly classes is $125

8 classes per month is $95

Drop in classes are $12 cash/check

Youth age 7-10

Winter FUNdamental athletic development class

The absolute #1 goal of this class is to provide a fun environment for youth to grow to love physical activity. We will utilize gymnastics, medicine balls, tag games, weight sleds, sprints, jumps, relays, obstacle courses and more to help your child develop a solid movement foundation and a love for being active.

Class will run from January 3rd through February

Every Monday from 6:00-7:00PM

A total of 8 sessions at $112

High School Athletes

Speed and Agility Winter Camp

Specific focus of this camp: sprinting mechanics, acceleration development, speed development, change of direction mechanics (body angles), power output and in preparation for spring sports, and 7 on 7 football. This will serve as a compliment to our individual athlete training as well as high school strength programs and is a great fit for football players.

The camp starts December 13th and run through February 16th

Camp days/times: Monday’s and Wednesday’s 7:00-8:00PM

Cost: A total of 19 sessions at $380
