2nd article discusses a lot of the same concepts we utilize with all our baseball and softball athletes regarding stability. No, we aren’t talking about balance, rather providing stability through the core and shoulder to allow for high level throwing mechanics.
The last article is probably my favorite. There are so many good concepts to take from this. Yes it’s more specific to pitching, but I think it’s crucial for anyone that trains/coaches youth (middle and HS) athletes to read.
